It is the worst place I ever live with a lots of issue including mouse, mold, cockroaches and lot more problems with their units. I had to change unit twice but worst issue on each unit. I would never recommend this apartment unless they rebuild it again. Even the management is so bad they don’t communicate when they do things, they would tell you waive some but they take from the deposit and end up you paying extra money upon evacuation. It is unbelievable this kind of apartment complex exist in USA. Am so disappointed in the entire service I got.

Clean and welcoming apartments. Well sized. Affordable for most people. The staff here is great. They were nice and welcoming. They also had goodies for guests. Got to meet the manager. Looks to be doing a great job. Met a resident. They highly recommended the place and said the manager Kaden is new and has been doing a great job.

I've been at Foster Creek (complex 2) for 3 years now, and have had a very good experience. It is noisy with the freeway so close, but I've learned to filter it out and don't notice it much anymore. Otherwise I really like it here. I love the layout of my top floor unit, and my particular unit has no shared walls which is awesome, very quiet (except for freeway). Unit is clean and has lots of space and storage space. No appliance issues, a couple minor plumbing issues which were quickly resolved. Kitchen cabinets and countertop is a bit dated, but there's tons of space which is more important to me. Have the occasional spider, but no other bug issues. Neighbors are pleasant and fairly quiet, kids get a bit rambunctious at times but no biggie. In the office, I've only met Dena the associate manager who is wonderful and very responsive. Their maintenance guy is awesome, very responsive to my requests and has fixed any issues very quickly. The grounds have been kept nicely. They keep us informed without bombarding us with information/emails. I'm really happy with my experience at Foster Creek.

Mixed experience here. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable and it's close to many things like the mall and several highways (which are noisy but you stop noticing it after a while.) The staff is nice and maintenance has been helpful. This place has lots of noise. The walls are thin and both neighbors on either side of me argue and scream constantly and I'm able to hear everything. In the summer months there are 15-20 kids that play in the courtyard every day and will be screaming until 10:00pm at night, not to mention they will throw balls and rocks at peoples' balconies and the roofs, and leave trash everywhere that the maintenance staff then has to pick up the next morning (which they do and are great at keeping things tidy). I know the apartments are not responsible for the kids, but personally I think the parents should be fined for not supervising their children. I've had my car vandalized twice now in the year and half that I've lived here, in my assigned parking spot, and I've seen other neighbors have similar problems. My window was broken in October 2019 and they didn't even steal anything, and then they drilled a hole in my gas tank in January 2020 to steal a full tank of gas. The repairs were insanely expensive, and although Deena in the office is wonderful and I appreciate her kindness, they were unable to do anything to assist me other than swap my parking spot for a more visible one. I only have a few months left on my lease and will not be renewing. I've urged them to get cameras and step up security but they said there's nothing they can do.
