Awful customer/patient service. 5 mins late is a punishable offense, rescheduling because of that "5 mins delay" means you will have to wait for 2 months. What a joke !!

I’ve been going here for years and have seen almost every doctor. They are all fantastic and I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

I can’t say enough good things about MCFP, and specifically, Dr. Price. Dr. Price has been my primary care doctor for at least three, if not four, years now. Being in the healthcare field myself, it’s important to me that my doctor be the kind of person I’d hope for my own patients. Dr. Price is exceptional. Not only is he extremely smart and well-versed, he not only listens to his patients, but he HEARS them. I have never felt dismissed by him, and I can tell that he truly cares and wants to figure things out. He thinks outside of the box and offers options, making sure that I leave with a solid plan. Another thing I have to mention is that when I’m in a patient room, I can often hear the staff talking at the desk. On several occasions now, I have overheard Dr. Price thanking his staff, treating them with respect, and today, I even overheard him say, “Thank you - I appreciate you.” That speaks volumes to me. The ancillary staff at MCFP is also top notch. Between the nurses, the X-rays techs, and even the lab techs (part of lab corp), I have had nothing but the greatest experience every single time. How lucky are we to have such a gem in our little Mill Creek? I love that this clinic is owned by the physicians who work there. I don’t feel like I’m getting nickel and dimed for every last thing. Everything is a collaboration. It’s the last of those “small town places” that we all grew up with and loved. Without reservation, I would recommend Mill Creek Family Practice a million times over.

I have been going here since around 2016/2017 and really appreciate the convenience they offer. Each provider I have seen have been great. My 3 star review is for the recent interactions with the receptionists who answer the phone. In the past they used to be so friendly and even caring. Lately I seem to be getting the same girl and she seems so annoyed to have to be speaking with people. Also, she hangs up on me before I can say thank you or goodbye. Very disappointed. I feel like calling in is such an inconvenience for them now. If you need to schedule an appointment use ZocDoc and avoid calling. My provider is also leaving the practice so I likely will look for care elsewhere.
