They were nice but rude at the same time honestly. I scheduled an appointment and got in pretty quickly but they didn’t process me which saved me 35$ but helped me get all the needed paperwork to complete to send off to get a new passport. Downside was that they are super strict on COVID restrictions which ruined my experience.

The staff here is amazing and very helpful. Carolina was very patient with us and even held our passport application till we got the correct passport pic, the one we had did not meet the requirements. 10/10.

Following Covid protocols still. Mask mandate still in effect and they are limiting the amount of people in the lobby. We had an appointment and its recommended to minimize the wait. That said, it didn't seem very long for morning walk-ins. They take your name and number and will text you when ready so you can wait in a warm car. All in all, if you have your paperwork and payment ready (we did) we were in and out in about 15 minutes.

Good staff. Relatively pain free process if you come prepared with forms etc. They're still very strict about mask, which is ok IMO.

Walk in is still 3:30pm - Mondays through Saturdays. From 3:30pm to 4:30pm, it's by appointment only
