I have sent multiple complaints through the website and I haven’t heard from anyone to help us find our mail. I signed up for the daily emails to keep track of important pieces of mail. for some odd reason whenever we are expecting cards, they show up in the email it’ll be in our mailbox but we never get them! This is very upsetting and a constant headache that we need to keep ordering new cards because their employees are stealing our mail that contains any type of card in it. This has been happening for 3 years and yes I have emailed and submitted lost mail and no one ever reaches out to us to fix this issue. Now we send our important mail to a family members address instead of our address because we know we’ll never get it in our mailbox. Maybe they need to train employees to stop stealing our mail or maybe read the names we have in the mailbox.

Counter employee (specifically HEE JUNG) of this post office hates customers and acted as if they want to get you out of the building as soon as possible. They start by being rude and even refusing to listen to the issue. They don't know their own USPS system (tracking, redelivery etc) and find ways to send you back without even understanding or providing any help. They will interrupt you multiple times and stand you aside for even a 30 sec wait. Worst part is they know customers can't do anything about it, so they carry on with their behavior each time

I only pay for a PO Box so that I can receive my packages safely... 4 packages from 3 different carriers/delivery people with notes and/or photos of drop off and yet I never received them. After standing in multiple lines, every single time, I've heard of other customers dealing with the same thing so there's definitely inside theft going on. They always say the same things, wait a day or so for processing... let me check in the back, returns empty handed and just shurgs "we don't have anything for you"... I agree with other reviews, they are so incredibly careless and rude to top it off

I am writing this review for my Mail carrier who delivers to the Mays Pond area. He is the most wonderful Mail carrier there is. He always picks up my packages for me from my front doorstep for my small business. I would be absolutely lost without him. Thank you so much to my USPS mail carrier. I have had nothing but good service from the Mill Creek mail carriers.

If you're having trouble with a PO box, go to the customer service counter during normal business hours.
You can sign up for "informed delivery" through the post office website. That way yu will know what first class mail you will be receiving for that day. I usually know by 7 30 a.m. what I will be receiving. Your individual mail carrier would be able to tell you when he normally gets to your mailbox.
locally, about two days. we used to do ovetnight tunaround, but several prosessing plants have shut down. about four to five days across the country.
