I moved in here a month ago and it has been the worst moving experience for me. I moved in from out of town and didn't have a chance to do an inspection. The apartment was dirty, carpet was dirty, bathroom was so dirty... everything was dirty, windows, doors. I had to soak blinds in the bath tub to get that dirt off, the toilet was broken and still broken, the bathroom sink was leaking, window was leaking as well. Bathroom faucet hard to turn on.. In the apartment description it says AC in the unit and today it is over 90 degrees I turned on my AC just to find out I don't have an AC. This apt was not cleaned prior of me moving in nor inspected... The staff is nice tho 😊

My fiancé and I lived here for two years and we loved it! Our apartment was so spacious with great storage and a really big bathroom with both a tub and shower. Maintenance was great, always responsive and fast on any issue. Being walkable to the town center and right on the nature path was awesome. We were lucky to never experience a break-in to our car. The Everett areas homelessness and crime is increasing, so if you live here you should keep valuables out of your vehicle to avoid issues. With that said, we never felt unsafe living here. The trash service was pricey, but it was really nice to be able to leave the trash right outside the door since we lived on the 3rd floor apartment. The gym and common areas are really great, but the hot tub was almost always broken. The mail room is definitely hectic which was a pain, but overall this was a great and affordable place to live and I would definitely recommend to others!

I see a few new residents posting 5 star reviews. I initially posted 5 star reviews, too. I have lived here for two years this coming September and I’ve regretted my time here and will not be re-signing. I originally raved about this community but management has become absolutely unbearable. There are car break-ins almost every single day, the package room is a free-for-all with pointless cameras, our mailboxes have been pried open or broken 3 times since I’ve moved here, there are homeless people sleeping on stairs, packages have been stolen from our doorstep, we pay for garbage pickup that misses nearly half the days in the month and despite residents pleading with management, they have done nothing except tell us to call the police or phone number for security AFTER the event. They’ve refused to hire a patrol company that patrols consistently throughout the night and left it up to the residents to report suspicious activity, as if we know who lives here. When I moved in, the apartment was not cleaned. There was dust piled onto the blinds. I emailed management about it and they offered to clean it “again” but the fact that I see reviewers saying the same thing points to the probable truth that they’re breaking Equity Covid cleaning measures to save a few bucks, as they are with refusing to hire a full time patrol. The hot tub/pool area recently had a notice saying the complex didn’t maintain certain standards so it was closed down again, even after they kept it closed most of the Summer. Their gym is so outdated, it’s laughable. The media center has been closed since Covid. I do not recommend this complex.

Had a mold infestation in our bathroom shower. I am a immune compromised cancer patient. I can not have mold spores infecting my lungs, I have a doctors note stating so, that I also presented the leasing office with. I had rashes covering my face everytime I took a shower. I presented the problem to the leasing office, they had their maintenance guy look at our shower and he said the shower was moldy and had to be re-done. I can not be present while they rip out our bathroom shower since that would expose my body to mold spores in the air, and we only have one bathroom so I wouldn't be able to use it. I went back and forth with the leasing office for a week, about the transferring us to a different unit for free since the apartment was making me ill and it was not my fault that they failed to replace the shower before we moved there. They finally told me they would, with no transfer fees. Than upon getting our move out dates, the leasing office sent me an email for a 1500 dollar charge with no real breakdown of what the charges were, in order to pick up the keys for the new apartment. I told them that I could not pay it, so I guess I would have to deal with mold spores infecting my lungs. Than they reply saying they have been "negotiating with their regional manager" to get our transfer fees waived, which they did not say in the previous email and which they already told me would be waived because the unit was badly damaged with mold. They finally send me a statement with a 0 balance, stating that the only thing to be owed at the begining of the month is our rent for our new unit and I was able to pick up the keys, all in writing. Now I have been in the new unit for less than 2 weeks and I see a 500 dollar charge in my account. I contact the leasing office with my concern that Friday. I don't hear back from them at all. I call them on Tuesday morning to be told someone is sending me an email. Than I get an email stating "On the estimated breakdown that was provided prior to your transfer, the equation did not correctly add in your deposit amount under the charges.", with a 500 dollar charge due on top of our rent that is 2160. No one will help me at the leasing office by calling me back they only will email me even though I have in writing that the transfer fees would be waived and we would only owe our rent on May 1st. Every time I ask to speak to someone by name, they say they can not talk. It's not just the management cutting corners. The leasing office is also causing a cancer patient even more emotional distress than they are already in, causing me to feel so much worse than I already do. I can't wait to move out of here.
