We have lived here for 11 years and loved each day and the beautiful area! Right next to the Library and Town and Country market ( Central)

I have lived in this apartment for over 4 years. This apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Town Center, Central Market, and Library. There is a Highway nearby, but I didn’t mind the noise. Amenities include a Gym, Fitness Room, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, and my daughters loved the pool. I just feel that the Fitness Room is a little small. The office staffs are very kind and always do the best job. The maintenance staffs are responsive and always available within 24 hours after I make work orders. Unfortunately I move to another area, but if I ever live in this area again, I would like to live in this apartment.

I lived at Parkwood for 7 years and each year it got worse from people stealing license plates and maintance staff taking forever to fix things. Each year when I renewed my lease I had a bad feeling each time, they promise you things and NEVER deliver. Run far from this place. Millcreek is a great town there are many other apartments to choose from

We were only at Parkwood for about eight months and really enjoyed our time there. Had we not decided to move out of the country we would have happily stayed longer. There are great trails nearby that we walked regularly (the nature preserve especially) and right across the way is the Town Center which we frequented almost daily. The apartment grounds are wonderfully landscaped (love the layout of the complex, doesn’t feel like the typical apartment complex), our apartment was great, there’s plenty of parking (we reserved a spot close to our building but there are plenty of free spots around the property), they accept dogs, the staff is absolutely wonderful, I could go on and on. They handled our move out very well and I have no complaints about that process whatsoever. All in all our experience there was pretty great!

Nope they never said a thing to me about that. And I've lived in 2 separate apartments here at different times. So I don't think they'd say a thing. My shiba inu is not spayed and we've loved here for years. 🙂
