Very prompt service on my smoke alarm problem. New smoke alarms installed, as old ones were outdated. I had reported that I could not get them to stop going off. In just minutes the maintance man was here, and installed new units. Very pleasant young main.

We moved out over a year and half ago and they sent us to collections for $260 that they did even charge us because of the moratorium on rent. I guess we are suppose to keep checking our old account portal for eternity incase they want more money from us. This is a terrible company.

Honestly, living here was fine. Complex quiet and pre-pandemic, maintenance requests were answered quickly. Parking was always a challenge, but I think that's fairly universal with complexes now. Garbage bins were always overflowing, but I think the dumpsters aren't big enough for the number of units. My issue lies with the fact that no one at the office ever picks up the phone or replies to messages, both email or voicemail. I have contacted the office both via email and phone regarding our deposit refund (we moved out three months ago) and have not received a single call or email back. We paid a professional cleaner to ensure we got our deposit back and left the unit spotless after three years of living there, but have not even been told why we didn't receive our deposit back, if that wasn't an error. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this place solely for the lack of communication.

I love my place! I love everything about it! I love the complex, the beautiful garden grounds, the pet welcoming environment, the STAFF!! Repairs and such are dealt with promptly and are done well and with a smile! The office staff are always friendly, approachable, helpful, supportive, sincere and a pleasure to interact with in person, on the phone, via email, or even a note or reminder on the door. This is a very welcoming environment, neighbors are great, plenty of what we need within walking distance. Thank you to all!

Hi Sue! Thank you for your question. For a November 2020 move date, we can offer 15-24 month lease terms. You will lock in the current rate of the home you choose for up to that 2 year mark before we send out renewal letters.
