2022 update: of course wait times are going to be longer when the doctor actually cares about you as a person. I would trust my PCP with my life. Everyone here is very friendly and understanding. I much prefer going here over Mill Creek Get ready for walk in waiting times, even if you have an appointment! While all the doctors here are absolutely wonderful, the Clinic has a policy where, if the doctor isn't currently with a patient, they have to take a walk in. If I didnt want to see my primary care doctor I'd be better off skipping the appointment they're an hour late for and just being a walk in myself. Tldr; doctors, nurses, and staff are all 5/5. But this policy and the lack of parking really blows.

A fantastic degree of professionalism and genuine empathy have been consistently exhibited at this clinic. As a transgender patient, it is both refreshing and affirming to met with a staff that is already informed and prepared to offer the appropriate care and treatment without needing to examine and be educated. My family members report similarly positive experiences. I can not recommend highly enough.

First time here I had a bad feeling the facility was empty and for good reason. The Physicians bring their personal feelings and opinions into the room with the patient. I've seen two physicians at this location hoping to find my new provider. The MD nor the nurse practitioner show understanding or any empathy at either of my appointmens. One of them even acted out like a pissed-off teenage girl not enough character space to explain that situation but it's really sad. None paid any attention to what I made my appointment for the Physicians didn't even fully examine me. Its like where did my money go? If I'm not being provided care. I'm thinking of canceling my insurance and paying extra for kieser they are 1000xs better.
