I’m not sure anyone has there act together here. Pickup takes 20-30 min for simple items on good days. When I was looking for a dishwasher hose I was told to go to appliances, not plumbing, which had no one working that section. I’m going to Home Depot despite it being a 10 minute longer drive because it will be faster and have better service.

The store is located near the Bothell-Everett highway, has a large parking lot, which is surveyed by several cameras. Knowledgeable staff who is willing help and friendy customer service.

Gross... we bought a brand new steam cleaner from this store and didn't end up opening the box until now and it was covered in brown stains, the container was wet and looked used and half of the pieces were missing??? And the box was half full of trash like lightbulb boxes. Did we get scammed??? I've never had a bad experience like this EVER at a Lowe's. This isn't even a faulty product. This is straight up criminal. We paid $200 for a box full of trash and dirty half parts of a product.

Do not use Lowe’s for deck installation. We have been told that they service as the middleman (who charge you another 10% fee) so that you don’t have to deal with issues like ordering supply with quality of work ensure. We put in a contract at the end of Nov 2021 and after multiple mixed up in communication finally have all the materials arrived at Mill Creek Lowe’s in Jan. We were told that the installer will call us for schedule. But nobody ever called and when we followed up, it was one thing after another. First, it was a system error, then it was you need to pay the remaining balance. It took us 2 weeks just to finalize the payment and we were told the scheduling will happen. Now, it was you need to received all the material delivery before scheduling, which nobody ever told us before. We then schedule a deceiver on this Wed and nobody showed up passed the delivery window. There was no updates, when I called back and pressed, they said they will deliver today at 10am and again they were no show. Now it is supposed to be tomorrow morning. I thought paying the 10% fee is so that this kind of nightmare doesn’t happen. However, their current system is set up such that nobody is accountable to follow through the order. They just pass you around and you can’t even get a person who know what is going on. Learn from our mistake and DON’T go through Lowe’s for any installation project because there is no accountability and no customer service and there is nobody to complain to!

I just left the store an hour ago Monday evening almost 10 p.m. and heard the announcement that they're hiring go to lowes.com for more information. Good luck.
I avoid Lowe's at all cost. There is never any help when you need them. The wood is all cull. And when you look up the availability of ANY product online, they are completely off by 100% guaranteed. The Home Depot may have some of these problems as well, but nowhere near as bad. The Home Depot's wood selection, at least 98% usable.
At this point I would make friends with someone who has AC and buy them dinner.
They do and the prices are usually better than HD. Also, they do offer the Active/Veteran 10% discount too....
They do carry that type and typically it is in stock, but call the garden center just to confirm
All employees wore them, and a lot of customers.

All Lowes are dog friendly, but you should be vigilant because there's slivers in the lumber department as well as chemicals in plumbing and lawn and garden. I don't take my dog there because of those potential hazards but it's your choice to make ultimately.
