Attempted to rent apartment from distance -the apartment sizes listed were not available. The apartment they had available they would not let me rent from a distance immediately, telling me other people might look at it today. Seemed like they were seeing how high they could get the price.

Been here for 5 months. Package theft is rampant here.(AmazonHub is never used and most deliveries are just thrown on to a table in the open) Office refuses to install a simple camera system. A lot of tenants squatting and causing constant issues / drug use in the parking garage.(Literally saw a couple shooting up in the garbage room). Want sleep? Good luck. Many people like to rev their cars and peel out through the parking garage between the hours of 11pm-3am EVERY NIGHT. Very disturbing considering the amount of children that live here. The top it all off they are now raising the already absurdly high rent for "low income" housing.

My two friends and I scheduled a tour for a 3 bed 2 bath today, and we get to the office given the information that you need 4 people to live in that complex, even though that information wasn't disclosed prior. We scheduled a tour that was booked two weeks in advance, and the lady wouldn't let us tour it because of it even though we booked it. I asked if we could still tour it because we made a scheduled appointment, and the lady gave me a rude smirk and walked away. I decided to say never mind after that, because you don't treat people with disrespect. We spoke with the supervisor, and the information wasn't disclosed because they do their booking through an automated system. I also complained about the lady who helped us, and apparently she's not an employee. I don't understand why people who aren't employed servicing people for touring. I understand facilities are understaffed, but get better training if you're going to servicing people with finding apartments. Take your service somewhere else!

Don’t listen to Trevor he sounds like a male Karen. Welcome to low income housing where you don’t get to be picky. Hes got champagne taste but kool-aid money. This place is nothing but great and the faculty are awesome. I am a firm believer in you receive the kind of energy you put out. I’ve never had an issue with the staff. All problems I come across they handle as soon as they can. It’s a lease up so expect some wait with all the move-ins. Other than that everyone working there is awesome and would highly recommend to others.👍
