Brandon is wonderful. We had him take pictures of several of our properties, and each time he bas done a wonderful job! Price is fair as well. Definitely recommend to people looking for a professional photographer to take pictures of either vacation rental or for selling.

For best results have the home 100pct ready to go when the photographer arrives. Then have all pets, people, etc. leave the house for the photographer to have full concentration for best shots, lighting and ensure all the shots are captured.
We shoot on a Nikon Z6ii with a 14 24mm 2.8 lens for photography and videography.
Images take up to 45min, 3D Tours up to 45min, Video Tours up to 1hr to film.
If the home will not be staged, we need to make it look as clear and simple as possible. In general less is more, so moving all items that don't look great into the garage is a great strategy. We want to remove all personal items and any sort of paper towels/blenders/food items/etc.

HD photography and Matterport 3D Tours are back the next morning. Video tours 48hrs and ultra lux images take up to 72 hrs.
