Total incompetence! I don't know where the good reviews are coming from because it was all but opposite of what my sister just experienced. I am so upset that details will come later.

Very helpful & respectful with financial situation; knowledgeable about aids that are comfortable behind the ear & the benefits of the different options for taking care of multipliable sound situations & how they can be controlled within the hearing aid. Explained the ongoing care with adjustments, repairs if needed, if the aids were damaged or lost, & much more. Plus Dr. Jackson was friendly, asked many questions about health, made suggestions about balance issues & thanked me for coming to their office! I was very pleased with the experience.

They always greet me with a kind word, and we all know that goes a long way in these trying times. The audiologist is honest and very knowledgeable; her desire is to make my life better through better hearing. She is dedicated and has an expertise in many types of hearing devices. She listens intently to all my questions—I always feel valued and understood when I work with her. I highly recommend the Hearing and Balance Lab. You will not be disappointed if you contact them for an evaluation. Just be prepared to leave hearing the sounds of the world once again!
