Terrible service and mediocre food. It took over 30 minutes for us to get someone to take our order, and that only happened because we tracked down a waitress. Then she wrote down the wrong item for my order, and when I pointed it out she refused to fix it. She just said "Well that's what I wrote down". Not my fault, Leasa D. I got up and refilled my own drink as well, because the waitresses were more interested in their phones than the customers. Worst place to eat in Portland, TN!

I was here two nights ago to eat with some friends before their wedding. The karaoke was awesome, the mushroom Swiss burger is delicious, low prices, and the pool is so much fun, we’ve been back twice just this weekend. The only place in Portland to shoot some pool!

We had the quesadillas (chicken) and they were great! The service had been great lately as well. As long as they aren’t too busy. Like everywhere, they don’t appear to have a lot of workers. The booth backs need updating but other than that, I love this place! They have different specials every day. Sunday is half price wings, but just found out they don’t have boneless wings anymore, FYI. I would’ve taken pictures of our food but it looked too good and we ate it too fast. 🤣
