It’s definitely a NO for me! We paid $40 for four people 1 laser tag game, and four $5 play cards. The machines are very expensive I expect more for a “family bundle”. First and last time! Also the front desk staff weren’t helpful at all. After the game started the front desk staff member went outside and sat in his car smh.

I went there this past Saturday. I was really surprised that they did not break up into teams but let all of the players play without teams. This was really lazy on the staff part and less work. It wasn't a major issue when there were 16 players or less because people naturally formed their own teams- it is really stupid not to. But when there are more than that it turns into total chaos. We had 30 people in there which I think is the max and there were so many people running around all on their "own" team- that it was just stupid. The kids were really unhappy but at least I had a group of 5 and we stuck together close and found a spot to secure. People that didn't do that were clearly upset. I saw a lot of kids just walking around aimlessly and had given up because they kept getting out because they had no "team". Please take control of the staff and tell them to make teams. Don't be lazy.

Half of arcade is decommissioned. Had one game on free play to bide time between laser tag match. Laser tag was good. Kitchen closed due to covid.

Ladies: do not bring your purse into this establishment. I asked an employee where to put my purse while playing laser tag & was instructed to leave it near the front entrance of the laser tag gaming area. Once I got home, my Apple AirPods were missing from my purse. What was supposed to be a fun rainy day outing for my son & his friend turned into a ruined weekend.
