Weve been waiting for one and a half hours. We’re leaving. We like medstar but Sorry but this is the worst medstar location we’ve ever been to.

My appointment was for 11am. A nurse put me in a room to take my vitals and told me the doctor would be in to see me SHORTLY. Not in 30 mins, not in an hour. Just “shortly”. I was sitting in that room for 40 minutes and only had my vitals taken. I knocked on the door that led to their offices and the same nurse comes back in with an attitude. I ask her how much longer would it be until someone saw me. She immediately stated that there were two other patients ahead of me. I asked her again how much longer because I had to be back to work. She stated, with an attitude, another 30-45 minutes MAYBE. So what should have been a 40 minute appointment turned to 2 HOURS. Despite no other “patients” being in the lobby when I arrived. If you really need URGENT CARE, this is not the place for you. You could be bleeding out, and they wouldn’t even know because no one comes to check on you after 45 minutes of sitting in one room.

Been waiting for 3 hours - no efficiency. One doctor, one technician, one nurse. Busiest day based on what they said - least ready. Won’t come here again.

I had to go here for an emergent test and they got me in as soon as they opened! I waited for all of 5 minutes before being seen and the person who took care of me explained everything before she did it. She was excellent. Then the person who explained my results was super nice too! She explained everything to me and assured me I was going to be okay. I am very happy and feeling much better. Thank you so much!
