I have gone to this office for several years and more than satisfied. Front staff know me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door. I have a very sensitive gag reflex and Nancy is very aware of this and uses measures to decrease this reflex or avoid it when I have x-rays, especially. The office reception, exam rooms, restrooms, hallways are always clean. Check out is efficient and I like the discount for paying by check when I leave. 👍🏻

I am very impressed with Hood River Dental! On two different occasions, two of my children had different issues that they needed to be seen for and Hood River Dental got them in right away. In one instance last year, my son had a broken tooth and they got him in and fixed up in no time. In the other instance, last month my daughter had a terrible 6 week migraine, and with the assistance of Dr. Haynie and a special technique that he uses, her migraine was gone by the evening! I was further impressed by the kindness and professionalism that each of the staff members treated us with. Especially considering that we were not even patients there at that time. Thank you HR Dental team!
