Dana did a great job! My working dog Profi, a a lil hitch in his giddeyup, literally. While we were working out tracking dogs on an excessive, Dana noticed he was favoring his right rear leg a bit. And when I say a bit, I hadn't seen it and I'm behind him EVERY day. When she pointed it out, sure enough. His psoas was tight and he wasn't getting full movement. She offered to treat him at a discounted rate even, since he is a working dog and needs to be in his best shape every day. A couple three visits of her working his psoas, stretching and a few exercises at home and he was back to normal android a crazy patrol dog again!!! It was awesome to see her work with him and he LOVED the belly rubs and treats! She did a great job and I would HIGHLY recommend her. Profi would too!!!

Great cuts. Great staff. Our dog has ptpo (post traumatic previous owner) and freaks Our when he is taken inside any pet stores or groomers. Cascade Per Camp groomed our 13 year old “puppy” and he left happy. That’s a first. We’ll drive from Portland to Hood River, drop him off, peruse Hood River (watch out for that meter maid(en)) grab a pint, and return to a happy puppy that doesn’t freak out.

We live in Portland but have made the trip to Cascade Pet Camp since they opened to board our dogs when we travel, just for peace of mind. This is an outstanding facility that has always been able to accommodate our pets' special needs and preferences. Sanitary facility, knowledgeable staff, consistently excellent care; the best kennel we've found anywhere. Happy, healthy dogs tell the story when we return.

I recently boarded my two dogs overnight at Cascade Pet Camp and can't get over what a professional and caring facility it is. The buildings and grounds are spacious, well equipped and spotless. All of the staff were attentive to customers and affectionate with the animals, and the owner lives on the property, so there is always someone available in case of emergency. Even though my puppy had never been kenneled overnight, he was fine and happy. Plus, there was no problem accommodating my older dog's meds, and I got a detailed report the next day when I picked "the kids" up on how they'd done. It is well worth the investment and even a drive from Portland to send your animals to "camp" while you're away. They'll have fun, and you won't have to worry about their welfare!

They are open every day. So you should call ahead just to be sure they have a room for your pet. They will take great care of them for you.
They couldn't even give my dogs the right amount of food. I would not trust them with medication.
Probably whenever they want, because that's the type of customer I experienced when i went there. Broken promises and no accountability.
