EXTREMELY poor quality customer interaction: 1. Company never called to make a an appointment for delivery. 2. Company arbitrarily scheduled delivery, but delayed informing customer until the day before. 3. Customer spent 20+ minutes on hold to talk with a representative, who could not change delivery date, but did transfer me to the delivery warehouse. 4. Waited on hold another 16 minutes before someone answered. Changed delivery to Friday, 6 May. Told that the driver would call 30 minutes out. 5. Delivery arrived on 3 May and left in vacant house without builder's authorization. 6. Builder demanded items be removed so they can complete pre-closing cleanup and inspection. 7. Called CEVA Logistics to have items removed. On hold for 13 minutes before call is answered. Representative "Resper" could not help, but transferred me to delivery warehouse, with another 9 minute hold before the call was unceromoneously ended without ever being answered. 8. Had to round up friends to remove the multi-box shipment ourselves. The only thing CEVA did correctly was find the designated delivery location. Everything else was unprofessional and wrong. Greatly disappointed!
