Re-posted from May 8, 2020 Warning! Do not buy from HYDROPOOL. HYDROPOOL sold a terrible pool pump which did not work after 4 months! I purchased a Loop Loc pool cover from HYDROPOOL and it came with a Superior Pool Pump. The Superior Pump stopped working after 4 months. The advertising on the HYDROPOOL website listed a Little Giant pool pump. Spoke to customer service to let them know I received the wrong pump and after speaking with 3 different Hydropool representatives they sent me to Loop Loc and Superior Pump. I e-mailed Hydropool twice and am still waiting to hear back. After spending over $2000.00 on a pool cover, I did not expect terrible customer service, false advertising and a broken pool pump. HYDROPOOL saved $25 but lost a customer for life.

Ordered a specific product on the website, was shipped a substitute without notification. Substitute was cheaper on their website but was still charged more for the item they did not have. Emailed and called customer service and received no response to the request of asking for a return in the difference in price. Sloppy way to do business. I'm new to the pool world and was not sure if the item they shipped would be compatible with my pool chemicals. Simply communication would have cleared this up.

Rick the Owner is a very dishonest business man. Company installed chlorinator and refused to come service device while still under warranty. He scheduled service and never showed up and has refused to answer many emails and voicemails. Stay Away From This Company. Go to watercrafters as they are honest.
