The staff does not respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner. They do not keep the property clean. The staff all have a bad attitude during any sort of communication. Their communication is just bad in general. Highly recommend not making this your home.

Erratic, manic, and unreliable/incompetent staff have made application a very difficult process. Do not expect professionalism or preparation -- they've changed management recently. Expect loud staff with large personalities to make you uncomfortable. Edit: Further expect the staff to basically forget everything you tell them -- don't count on them doing anything you don't see them doing with your own eyes. Delays, delays, delays -- I started my application nearly a month ago and I'll still be left with a gap in my housing. How despicable that they'll leave people out on the street like that. The staff here should be absolutely ashamed with how they do their jobs, i.e. not at all. You can't get anyone on the phone, or a response by text, or email, or anything. You need to show up in person, even if they lie and tell you they'll get back to you (they won't because they don't do their jobs). Our application process has taken FAR longer than expected for no reason other than the inadequacy and incompetency of the staff. Looking at the other reviews, it's clear this is a common experience. If you need affordable housing, STAY AWAY -- they'll just take your non-refundable application fee and tell you good luck figuring something else out. These people are thieves, cowards, and fraudsters. They would let their own laziness put people on the street. It's obvious why management keeps changing here, it's because they've yet to find anyone who's actually capable of doing the job. That's remarkable, because the job really doesn't involve anything other than moving papers around and collecting money. Really shows who you're working with when they can't even do that right. People's lives are on the line here, and they just mess around and chit-chat all day. Try getting them on the phone -- I'll pay $10 to anyone who can do it in less than an hour.

I had been calling several and innumerable times For about 3 weeks to the leasing office, i left a voicemail in every call I did and no one calls me back or replay my emails. My last voicemail was about complaining about the service they provide and NO ONE CALLS ME. No body wants to do there jobs. This is invelibvable. CERO STARTS to leasing agents, manager or staff at this office. CERO!!!!!! 0

This is the worse place to live, if I could give it a negative star I would. I bought a new car, a few months of having it, it was stolen out of our parking space. A month later we witnessed our neighbors car windows getting smashed in. They have no surveillance here even though they have a sign stating they do next to the office. There are a number of cases of burglary, vandalism, and thievery. It smells like pot outside ALL THE TIME which isn’t healthy for the littles running around. Garbage filling the wildlife. There are also more than 3 cop cars here every week. Then when it came time to renew our lease they gave us such a hard time about it because we didn’t have the “proper attitude”. The maintenance is horrible if you have something that needs fixed they will take a couple months to respond and fix what you need but by than you have something else that has broken. The office people are rude and have no respect for the people living here. There is always broken glass found on the sidewalks and curbs. I would just not recommend this place to anyone and I personally still live here for now.
