After being frustrated with a week of a busy signal while trying to arrange an appointment, I finally got thru to a very nice person who was very helpful in the process in the return of my crab pot. (They have all been working remotely because of Covid19 protocols, which we are all familiar with!)

No one to answer the phone. Left voicemail and sent emails. Yet to receive a response. Need clarification on some regs.
