This place is incredible. The food is delicious, the drinks are tasty, the decor is unlike any other. We were blown away and will come back. Only comment is our server was extremely quick, pushingly rushing, and messed up several of our orders. I’m still giving five stars because I think it was just that server, not sure what the rush was though because there were plenty of empty tables and no wait.

Good food nice atmosphere and friendly servers. Top notch in my opinion. Had a guy doing balloon hats and animals sadly he avoided our table like the plague.

Hadn't been to this location in years, found out they got rid of my favorite item so I had to order something else... I was bit let down with my raviolis, not so hot and the plating seemed a bit of a mess. The wait staff was friendly and a man, who I assume was the manager or owner was walking around picking up the slack of the waiters, he was very nice. It was a bit of a wait to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant and then it took a long while between being seated, then ordering drinks, then the food order, we almost left. It felt like the restaurant was going through an adjustment phase.

This was amazing! We got in really late but the staff was very nice. The food was delicious! I had gluten free pasta. The meat sauce was perfect! Everything was really nice and I really loved the venue. It feels very old and full of history. Every little room so full of details a art. Very cool! This must be an awesome place to host all kinds of parties.

Yes. If there is a menu for children. Nuggets, spaghetti with meat and several other things.
The building in which this restaurant operates, was originally known as the Cole Mansion and the Baker House (both residences were built in the 1920’s). Sometime in the 1940’s, the Cole family purchased both homes, and joined them together (with the intention of it serving as a commercial property). The two stories that still exist in Arizona history regarding the original Baker House, are briefly told below. Enjoy! Story 1: There was an older gentleman sleeping by the fireplace in the original Baker House, when someone broke into the home and murdered him. Story 2: A woman was shot and killed down in the basement of the original Baker House, sometime in the 1930’s. The Phoenix Old Spaghetti Factory staff members, have reported several 'supernatural situations' over the years. They range from hearing a woman sobbing, hearing whispers & screams, seeing furniture move, seeing lights blink on & off and finally, seeing actual floating apparitions.
They require reservations and request the meal time to no more than 90 minutes. They have spaced out their table areas to practice social distancing. All staff members wear masks. They require masks upon entry, when being seated, and when leaving the restaurant.
Alfonso, do u mean as take out? Yes, they do. They also have it for dine in. I wasnt clear when u say in store, sorry. Hopefully this answers ur question.
I was just there myself a couple days ago. They are open for dine in but are dealing with very short staff so expect a 1-2 hour dining time, maybe more.
