I had a great experience at the Mill. I had irregular circumstances and I felt that the staff were so helpful and kind. Lorenzo was my point of contact and he was prompt, professional and great to deal with. The property was going through a lot of upgrades at the time of my tenancy. Coming out of Covid was challenging but I felt that the staff were all receptive and attentive any time I had an issue. The complex is cradled in nature and walking distance to everything I cared about. I have no complaints what so ever about my experience here at The Mill. Thank you management for a great crew.

Current resident of the Mills. All of our neighbors smoke on their patios and the people above us drop their cigarette butts in the breezeway and on our patios. A plus is if you’re in the first floor you can hear upstairs residents coming through the floor with any action. I love being woken up by their alarm through our roof. Someone is smoking in their unit as the smell completely permeates our bathroom and bedroom. You can’t step outside without almost stepping in someone’s dog droppings and now management is starting to charge for uncovered parking that is not guaranteed. I have had to troll for parking on several occasions because the spots fill up after a certain time. But maintenance is very friendly and quick to respond, if it weren’t for them they’d get 1 star.

Worst apartment complex I have ever been in. At first I moved in because everything was nicely renovated, and when my time came to move out they tried to add every possible charge they could. They added a carpet cleaning fee (although I provided receipts of the carpet cleaning), a unit cleaning fee (when it was spotless), and a random painting charge (without any evidence). Avoid if you can. Its better to avoid the headaches.

If you want peace and quiet and to not step in dog poop everywhere you walk, do not live here. I have lived here for about a year now and at first, all was fine and well until The Mill started doing construction project after construction project, making the units nearly uninhabitable. I work from home so all I hear for 8 hours a day is drilling, hammering, throwing tools and wood around, and construction workers yelling or even better, playing music loudly. First, it was fixing the stair wells so all I could hear was literal banging on our living room wall. The notice they left at our door told us we could not leave or enter the unit (our apartment) between the hours of 9 AM to 5 PM. One evening when I got home, I had to step through caution tape that was taped to my door. Then, it was fixing the decks and patios and including the storage closets, so all I could hear was banging on the ceiling and the other living room. This is where people live, not a construction site. When I discussed this with the Assistant Manager, she apologize and said I should talk to my Renter's Insurance about putting me up in a hotel but construction is not something that rental insurance considers under their coverage. Even if I was to sit at Starbucks every day at work from there, my two dogs would be at home in sheer panic from the sound of the construction. Both of them scramble to find the quietest corner and sit there and shake for hours. I would stay away from The Mill. For what you pay in rent, it is not worth the inconvenience.

Yes
I moved into a renovated unit. No mold to be seen. Can't speak for other units. But I think in general with apartments, only the bad experiences get reviews.
Nope it's not
Last time I heard they were hiring help from the back ally of Home Depot. It may be different now
You don’t even try to call, not worth it
Dont waste your money or time. Not a good place to live.
