How is guest parking on site and on the street? Ample? Difficult?

The guests are able to park in the parking spots that aren’t covered. It’s a decent amount, but sometimes you have to park farther away from your unit.

do you have maintenance (handyman) on site or do you hire out?

They have one within the William investments umbrella. There are a couple and the turnaround time is pretty quick
