Laura was an amazing representative very poised and charismatic and respectful and delightful all at the same time ! The process was super easy from finding a place close by setting it up online, the transaction with John was pleasant as a rep should they were very attentive to my needs and met me at every level! Over the phone i might add! It had been close to a week before i actually got on site. I got set up with the leasing arrangement, Laura was very efficient with the flow and work ethic of an outstanding representative, they were able to discover my leasing agreement wasn't finished online, by accurately describing the leasing terms. And the transaction with the cash,they also had the option of a debit card reader. The rep laura smoothly transitioned me into the process of accessing the gate and facilities and up to the gate. After laraus turn, it was my turn as laura waited, I checked to make sure my gate code worked. The rep pleasantly waited as I tried my key code door and walked me to my unit picked up whatever little piece of i didn't even notice maybe paper? Doubled, triple checked the unit wished me good will and fortune and let me be about my marry way. I cannot stress enough how smooth this whole process was. I wish more companies had this sense of poise and technology that's not so advanced it works. Not to mention the cleanliness of the air-conditioned unit.

I really love that everything is so well organized. When I walked into the office, it was clean and tidy and spacious and Melik greeted me with a friendly smile. And he was very professional too. Definitely happy that I use this place for our storage needs!
