As I got hung up on rather quickly and rudely I wondered what the name of the lady was. I love this store and have used them in the past many times. I look on the website for past reviews if anyone else has had bad experiences. It turns out there are several bad reviews and experiences and several point to a lady named Nisha. I thought to myself that has to be the lady who gave me a hard time and hung up on me….. I called staples and another worker answered the phone who was very polite and understanding, I was told that I should call back on Monday because a better person would be attending. Before hanging up I asked the name of the rude lady, and sure enough…. Nisha

It is one of the best store for Staples. I had an issue with some prints and NK the india girl helped me till I got the satisfied prints since those were an important docs for my application .. Thank you and keep up the good work !

I don't normally leave reviews, but I just had an amazing experience at Staples tonight. Nisha in the printing area helped me print a document, and she really took the time to make sure it came out right. In so thankful and I look forward to the next time I need a copy made. I will certainly be going to Staples to have it printed.
