I've been using this place for 4 years, and after the last change in ownership, the prices have gone up by a lot. First they increased the price of the mandatory insurance by a few bucks, fine no big deal. Then they raised the rent by 10 bucks, fine no big deal. Then in one months time, they increased my rent from 180 to 250! An almost 50% increase in price! Never received any notification or anything. I just happened to log into the account and saw my new rate. My account is set up for auto-pay so if i hadn't logged in to check something, I wouldn't have known about the price change until it was taken out of my account. Also, I thought maybe the market rate had gone up and maybe the company is just matching current market rates .... NOPE. I searched around, and EVERY PLACE costs less. I'm not talking about promotions or special rates, I'm talking about the regular rates. So I guess they want all the current tenants to leave. Now I have to spend May moving all my stuff. Oh well.

Place is ok. Better than others. Has changed management numerous times over the last few years. When we first got a unit there we noticed there were marks from what looked like pliers from pulling on it on the outside of our lock. After going to management and wanting to switch units they told us they didn't have any extra units. That night two men driving a black GMC truck backed right up to our unit door, used a crow bar to gain access and spent over two hours in our unit stealing over $10,000 of my belongings including my brand new electric bike I had custom built myself. They gave us a new unit that day but the day before they didn't have any extra units? It could have been avoided if the staff weren't so lazy and would have given us a new unit. Insurance didn't cover anywhere near the amount stolen.
