Wonderful place to live. Location is the best in the city. Property is always kept clean and tidy. Office staff are helpful and friendly. The community events are fun and frequent! Couldn't imagine living anywhere else in Durham.

My wife and I moved to Durham from out-of-state last year and had to find an apartment sight unseen. We chose the Liberty and could not have been happier with our decision. Tara and the rest of the front office team were terrific and always helpful (they did a particularly great job creating fun events during COVID-19). The location in Durham can't be beat--you are a quick walk from many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. My wife and I loved going to the farmer's market (which is literally outside of the front doors) every Saturday. The pool and amenities were great too. We were sad to leave and only did so because we bought a house, but I would 100% recommend the Liberty to anyone who is moving to downtown Durham!

I just moved in and I already really enjoy all the Liberty Warehouse Perks and Staff! There are so many great events and rewards. The apartment is very modern and pretty. I enjoy the fitness center, pool, tenant lounge, and all the other great spots around Liberty. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Think I'm really going to enjoy living here and look forward to all the things to come!

My husband and I moved here when we first moved to Durham, we didn't have too much time beforehand and wanted to be central and meet people. Liberty has been great, the staff is very kind, the place has every amenity you can imagine and you can walk everywhere. They host Liberty community events too, which really helps you meet new people. We're leaving shortly as we bought a house but we'd highly recommend people live here, especially if you're new to Durham.
