After my reserved hotel gave away my room I was stranded in the middle of the night only to drive over an hour away and find this place. When I finally got there I was charged almost double what they normally charge on a Saturday night and then the price went up when I wanted non smoking due to asthma and allergies. In addition, our entire morning a car alarm was going off and a staff member opened the door and let himself into our room to ask if it was our car without ever knocking.

It was an inexpensive one night stay so I can barely complain BUT the AC was incredibly loud, there was a bed bug crawling up the wall behind the headboard, the room was non smoking but the neighbors were smoking weed and it wafted into the vents. It was so bad I got a nice contact high so no big deal for me but my husband works driving a semi truck and can not be anywhere near drugs or he could lose his job for safety reasons. I'm still giving it a 3 because we've stayed at far worse places.

Room is adequate. Location to hospital is convenient. Staff is BEYOND RUDE. They refused extra towels, complained about my parking (truck is very long). Charged me twice for two nights. Am looking for other accommodations as I type this. Pool is closed. Would not recommend this hotel.

This hotel initially had me a little nervous based on the exterior appearance. However, management was in the process of working on updating flower beds, etc, and it appeared they were trying to make it look nicer on the outside. Once in the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, and this is the most important thing to me when I stay at a hotel. For the price, we will definitely be staying again when we come back to Kannapolis
