The lobby looks nice, the room was unfortunately mediocre. Whomever they used to make updates did a poor job. The furniture was nice and that's about it. It smelled of mildew which was precipitated by the air-conditioning, which was clearly outdated. I also chose to eat out for breakfast. The vending machine area on the Second floor looked "broke" down. However, the staff were all pleasant. I would not stay here again.

Enjoyed the stay. Was what we expected. Did have smoke detectors go off due to expired batteries at 230 am. Desk offered batteries.... Cieling is 10 ft. I had no ladder he said he can't leave desk. Offered another room... Too much at 230 am... Other than that got what we expected.

Hotel was filthy. Hallways smelled like dog urine and cigarette smoke. Bugs were all over the hallway walls. Our AC went out in the middle of the night causing the air to get very inside of our room and very hot. Our bedsheets were stained, walls cracked, remote was broken and my toddler was carrying around batteries. The bathroom sink would not drain and water backed up overflowing. The shower was caked in mold.. it was horrible. I couldn’t even give my son a bath from the filth all over. Someone left hair all over the shower walls. The only good thing was the bed was at least comfortable.

Last minute accommodations while on business travel, and I was very pleased. You can tell the staff is really trying their best to satisfy customers, even though times are challenging for businesses and adequate staffing coverage. The breakfast was all I could hope for at a breakfast-included hotel, but the staff went above & beyond to make sure the guests had all they were looking for. Will remember this for future business travel to the area. Thank you hospitality team for doing a great job.
