This was my first time staying at a Country Inn and Suites and my last. It left a bad taste in my mouth. My room smelled really bad. The carpet was dirty the used toiletries were not replaced from the previous guest. The room also had a roaches. It deserves a negative star rating!

I stayed in 306 on the night of April 1. While the rooms are good size and a great big shower and the employees were all friendly; I was overall disappointed in my stay. I felt the cleanliness of the entire place was low (lobby, halls, elevator). My room had an empty conditioner bottle left there instead of restocking a fresh one. The lotion had been opened and used. There were multiple hairs in my bathroom before I ever used it π€’ a couple on the floor, a couple on sink faucet and a couple on the base of the toilet - Leaving me to doubt that the bathroom was cleaned hardly at all. In addition, The phone in the room did not work. Had to use my cell to call the front desk. Another member of our group (in a separate room) said that their room had other peopleβs stuff left in it (not sure if that was trash or personal belongings. Either way not a good sign.) I came to the desk around 9:40 on Friday night to get conditioner since mine was left empty and there was no one at the desk. There were 2 people in line ahead of me and we all waited quite some time. Eventually A family even came in behind me. Still no desk attendant. The phone was ringing consistently and no answer and no one appeared. We all waited and waited. I finally went to my room and waited to get conditioner in the morning. Very frustrating experience overall. I will say The breakfast was decent, pretty standard for a hotel breakfast, and the employees I did interact with were polite. Will not stay here again based on the issue of cleaning and I doubt I will try another country inn after my experience with this one. I recommend you get a different place if you want a place that is thoroughly cleaned with available service.

Not bad overall. Would stay again if the price was right. Drains slow but nice water pressure, fan in bathroom sounds like it could use some work, pillows and blankets could be replaced but I liked the bed, windows not sealed (it was windy and the cold air was coming right through), parking was not easy when people park on both sides of the entrance, check out was at 12pm, about 10 miles away from Concord Mills Mall and nearby lots of restaurants.

Hilton properties are well organized and maintained. Service is friendly, caring and courteous. The professional organization of all of the diffi price points in their lodging options are excellent. Each has it's standard setup and offers services for their guests which includes an eating option, sometimes 2, a business area for the clients to use and a fitness center and most have a pool. If you haven't already joined their frequent visitor program then you are missing out.
