This was a very nice residence inn. The staff was very very friendly and the breakfast was actually very good. They had a lot of selection on there. It is also dog friendly which is great when you're trying to travel with your dog. The rooms were large spacious and clean. I will definitely be back. It is also located in a quiet area so you don't have to worry about highway noise.

Disappointing experience. Sofa bed mattress had significant urine stains. (We did get it replaced on our second day.) Door to room would not fit and had to be slammed each time to make sure it closed. This made it hard to open, loud, and woke up everyone in the suite when the door was opened. The microwave was broken so an inadequate one that was too small was on the counter. The refrigerator light was out. The shower in the "master" bedroom of a two bedroom suite had a leak and got the floor wet outside the shower. No housekeeping on second day as promised. The dishwasher in the suite had standing water in it, a rotten smell, and rust on the inside. One of three guest clothes washers was our of order, and two of six dryers. Breakfast stood out as the least adequate among three Residence Inns we stayed in during a three-week trip. The breakfast area did not have a/c so a loud commercial fan was used to try to blow cool air into the area. One standout positive person was Amanda at the front desk who helped us with several issues.

I stayed in this place for 5 days strait. My nightly average rate is about $152. This is not cheap and so I expected some quality in everything. However the only quality and to be fair an average quality is the size of the one bedroom studio was acceptable and decent. The rest was all of poor or very poor quality and name it: frond desk personal give you fake smile and welcome for acknown reasons , may be they are overbored and they don’t like what they are doing…who knows? When you go to them and complain about something, they pretend they are documenting it on the computer and they promise taking care if it, to find out it was all a joke. And this happened to me at least 3 times without any solution to my complaints. Story short: issues everywhere: 1) dishwasher rooted inside and stinks. I tried to run it empty just to clean it but it would not run. 2) coffee maker very dirty and would not work on 2 out of 3 kitchen outlets. 3) TV is 36” lg 1990’s style , non-smart of horrible picture and audio quality. 4) my bed sheets smells and feels having mold on them. I asked multiple times to have them changed: you are talking to a wall. 5) bathroom body wash soap dispenser is out of soap. I asked the second day to have it filled. Again…sorry…sure sure..will take care…but nothing of course. 6) AC air works fine but very load. 7) This hotel to be fair should be no more than $90-100/ night. 8) Gym area is a joke: again still with 1990’s rusty equipment full of dust as if no maintenance whatsoever for a long time. Don’t think this is a 3 * hotel…it doesn’t look like it. It may was sometimes in the 90’s not anymore now days. Keep your money and go somewhere else where it’s worth it.

This place was quite a surprise as I was expecting it to be unpleasant. This choice was a last minute option. The living area was spacious and clean. However the pillow case made me itch. Good thing i brought my own sheets and pillow cases...The staff was friendly and helpful. Never judge a book by its cover.

When I stayed in January, they didn't.
We are not a preferred member, but we're allowed access to the room at 11...thank God because we drove 11.5 hours straight. Really nice management 😄
