The front desk staff are always helpful. Honestly I can be a pain to deal with sometimes because I'm very fussy & I feel comfortable dealing with certain staff only. That being said Dr Small is very kind, though & very knowledgeable. And most importantly she listens to her patients, that's a plus for me so I have no problem leaving this review

Been a patient since 2003 or 2004- my entire family had been "treated" by MS or SSS. I literally had to " quit" with Dr Smalls office. I referred several co workers & I'm sorry to say, the office staff is absolutely unprofessional. The wait, going from room to room, no call backs from Dr when requested & just the inconsiderate way patients are handled. Didn't want to leave but had to, better providers who care are out there.
