Lovely people, lovely place. My mouth looks and feels amazing. Teeth so clean and smooth after the visit I want to brush and floss just to maintain how good they look and feel. If your health insurance provides dental benefits, our financial office will work with you to optimize your coverage while minimizing your out-of-pocket expense. We are also happy to help you file insurance claims to expedite your reimbursement from non-participating plans.
To provide efficient service, we ask you to please bring your insurance card, an ID, plus any referral slips or diagnostic records given to you by another office. If you are taking medications, please note or make a list of what they are as you will need to provide that information. If you'd like to save some time, you can fill out some of our forms online.
