Silver Sneakers is covered by some insurance companies, such as Humana. Those classes are not free otherwise. They do not have gym passes free, but they are $5 for the day. If you have a 20 visit membership, you can "share" your visits with a guest. Shared visits are deducted from the member's account total for the given month. (This is a new policy). Monthly memberships cost about $19 a month (based on 20 visits) if paid six-months up front. This is what my husband and I do. Hope this helps.

I cannot help you with that I only go there to the Red mountain for yoga classes by far they have the best instructors wonderful classes tonight was Yogi Steve at 5:00 and tomorrow morning I look forward to is Anna integrated therapy yoga.

Hi Ashley, we have youth waivers and facility waivers at the front desk. If the waiver is for a special interest class you fill those in online when you register for the class, or you may also do that in-person at the front desk.

Hello, teens age 13-15 may utilize fitness center/fitness classes if accompanied by an adult aged 16 or older. All participants must sign a waiver at the time of membership or per visit purchase. Youth under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Hope this answers your question, thanks!

Hello, our policy regarding youth is as follows: Youth Supervision Policy: Youth age 7 and under must be in the presence of an adult 16 or older. Youth ages 8-12 must have an adult 16 or older in the facility. To participate in activities in the fitness area: Exercise equipment and group fitness/wellness classes are open to ages 16 and over. There are membership options. But you may also go without a membership and just pay a $5 day pass. The memberships are very flexible with by monthlys or a set amount of sessions.
