Positive: Great breakfast- wide assortment, well maintained, clean, & comfortable dining room set up Great room design-Loved bench for luggage & wall hooks, plus pull down room darkening shades instead of curtains (never seem sanitary) Loved shampoo & body wa Negative: Poorly designed shower curtain, enormous shower head, and overly strong water pressure made it impossible to keep water from soaking the floor.

It was a great experience with the stay of this hotel- well cleaned and comfortable facility. The staff's are friendly especially the breakfast organizing person Alma was so kind and helpful. she was asking each guest whether they got what they are looking, cleaning the table as soon as guest leaves also she make sure she wish each guest to have a great day. Good breakfast of course. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable stay.

Upon arrival of 10 hours on the road we experienced a housekeeping issue with our room. The front desk immediately came up and moved us to a second room. The housekeeping issue involved the sofa bed and again we found it was not clean, very tired decided to address in the AM. Todd was excellent the next day. He assured us he would resolve the issue and he absolutely did! We had a three day stay and found the rest of the stay to be excellent. Unfortunately the pancakes and cinnamon rolls were not offered, but covid has taught us we can not have everything. We recommend this hotel and since we have family in the area, we expect to stay again. Thank You Todd for your hospitality, you are an asset to the company. You saved them a loss of revenue and us a move to another hotel!

Overall have had nice experiences with Holiday Inn Express hotels so can't really complain about this one. My only issue is that we were given a wheelchair based room and had to make some modifications to the shower so it could function for us. Breakfast was nice, amazing location to stores and restaurants, and staff was friendly!
