I have NEvER seen such unprofessional staff anywhere! This place is filthy! Even the staff bathroom smells like pure urine! You will never receive help because there aren’t any qualified people here to help! The staff gets mad if they have to come open the door so that visitors can enter. The patients here are suffering! In all ways! Nurses change medications orders at will NOT a doctor! Feel so sorry for these elderly adults ! No human being deserves this! Please don’t even consider sending any person here! They will not be taken care of

My father in law was declined acceptance to this facility after being accepted without speaking directly with his son and power of attorney. The marketing director at brushy creek made this decision based on inaccurate and incorrect information given. It’s very disappointing that an elderly man in need of professional care has been handled so unprofessional.

Absolutely not! My mother was there after a hip replacement recently and they were negligent in their care. They ignored her requests, she could hear the nurses talking and laughing while she was waiting in her bed to be taken to the bathroom. They did not change her nightgown or shower her in the five days she was there. Horrible place.
I just left there for 13 days and I could not get a phone I was lucky enough to have my cell phone

Yes but be careful. My dad got awful bed sores because they didn't do their job. He was always wet . I would have to change his briefs. He was left unattended for hours.
If the patient doesn't have a phone in their room, call the main desk. Patients can have their own phones if they want one.
I would not recommend you take your mother's there. My mom was there for 7 days and she came home worse than she was before she went there.
