Boy I sure wish I could get mail, but apparently my address doesn’t exist. Twice I’ve had a package returned to sender for “no such number.” Amazon and fedex have both delivered just fine. I’ve been in contact with them the first and they said they would resolve the issue but obviously not. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I've only had good experiences with this post office over the last 4 years. Sometimes the line is a little long but it usually moves pretty quick.

They often claim to have tried to deliver packages that require signatures but I know there was no attempt because I was home at the time for the entire day. No knock. No horn. No attempt. Then I have to go to the post office to pick up a package that they can't find there because it's been on the truck for a week, with zero redelivery attempts. I have had packages return to sender with no notice of failed delivery. I have watched the mail truck sit at my mailbox and write one of the pink slip notices from my porch. I saw her literally refuse to attempt delivery. I believe the brat is too lazy to get out of the truck. I know she doesn't even attempt to deliver when it's raining. Seen it. I have reported it to the greer post office multiple times and through the website. I believe the mail person punishes people that complain. Thinking of setting up a camera for proof
You can pick them up at the Post Office. You can also speak to a supervisor to find out why are they not delivering parcels to your complex.

It’s clear they don’t know how to answer a phone over there. I have a tracking number that says my package was delivered two days ago and have yet to see it.

Yes, just call ahead and give them the tracking number. They will hold it to your route when it arrive, collect it from yohr route(where you live) and give it to you.
