The staff is always friendly and helpful. Thx! I had a problem with spiders about 5 years ago, and they recommended Talstar. Great stuff. Works for a wide variety of bugs and is safe in and out. I spray every few months. Works quick. I ran out and didn't apply for about 8 months and pests came back. Picked up a bottle. Applied. Dead spiders the next day.

Remove anything on the floor that causing odors. And buy some stuff called oderban! Spray 3 gal on the walls floor doorways everywhere .. And you should be amazed at the difference.
Depends on the ant fire ant regular ants I'd call do it yourself pest control will be able to tell you exactly what you got
Do it yourself pest control is very knowledgeable about those things I have been there several times, other than that my personal opinion would be grabbing bug spray and a plastic baseball bat and spend the day outside protecting your deck eventually they will disappear after you kill the ones that are there
