You have the option at time of purchase to also purchase an additional extended warranty for 25% of the purchase price for a total of 14 months. Policy and procedure for used appliances stores are the same nationwide. As stated on our receipt all sales are final. No refunds. We do stand behind this warranty. No parts charge. No deductibles. No trip charges within Greenville or Spartanburg counties. If you pick up your own merchandise it is your responsibility to bring it back during applicable warranty period for service. . No they don't deal with microwaves at all & even if they did I wouldn't purchase it from this place!!

If you buy an appliance & they deliver it they will haul ur old one away. I don't recommend buying anything from this place tho!!
