They often claim to have tried to deliver packages that require signatures but I know there was no attempt because I was home at the time for the entire day. No knock. No horn. No attempt. Then I have to go to the post office to pick up a package that they can't find there because it's been on the truck for a week, with zero redelivery attempts. I have had packages return to sender with no notice of failed delivery. I have watched the mail truck sit at my mailbox and write one of the pink slip notices from my porch. I saw her literally refuse to attempt delivery. I believe the brat is too lazy to get out of the truck. I know she doesn't even attempt to deliver when it's raining. Seen it. I have reported it to the greer post office multiple times and through the website. I believe the mail person punishes people that complain. Thinking of setting up a camera for proof
Put in a mail hold for 2 weeks. They delivered my mail everyday we were gone! Not the first time this has happened! Got a package today that should have been left at my door. My mail person had stuffed the box in my mailbox. Didn’t think I was ever going to get it out! Lazy!!!!
Get other people's mail sometimes not even the same street address. Makes me wonder if I ever get all my mail.
I almost weekly had to write "redirect to correct address" on mail. Credit card statements were lost and late. I lived in Greer for 10 years and their service was pathetic the entire time. Worst ever mail service. By far. That bad.

Ive had packages ordered in november just showing up. Thats a long time! I had some documents from a legal settlement for my youngest daughter that never made it. Greer postal service has been a mess since i moved here back in november. Ive filed complaint after complaint and still no changes. This is crazy
They are horrible. About a month ago I was tracking a package and the status was delivered to mailbox. I went to check and had nothing there. So I called to see what had happened and my package was delivered to a completely different street address! The incompetence of these people is kind of ridiculous.
Worst post office ever! I put in a change address, never processed, receive all neighbors mail. Somedays packages say out for delivery and never get them for days later or mail (not a holiday). Time for a change! New postmaster needed!
They LOST 10 days of held mail for me. No trace, no good response.
My regular mail person told me a week ago it was her last day and they were splitting the route. I haven't received mail since!

Same issue here on Ponden Drive. No mail at all this week. When we get our mail it is usually after 5 PM.I had important documents mailed to me on January 8, today the 18th still has not arrived.
Since I moved to Greer the mailing system is wayyyy off, and yes people slow and lazy!

I've never known them to lose a package of mine, I do get someone else's mail 1-2 times a year but surely that can be forgiven when considering the sheer volume of mail they process.
Do not deliver Greater Greer supplement but do give us other peoples mail!
