My company hosted a professional development there - it was very open, clean, and spacious. Plenty of parking in the front. And it was lovely that we could go outside and eat lunch in the beautiful City Park next door, which has a fountain, benches, and large swings to relax.

We just used the building for a meeting, but is seemed quite nice. The facilities were clean and well kept. The room was quite large and the sound system worked great. The staff seemed very helpful and supportive.

Those are direct mail tabloids sent by advertising agencies on behalf of retail stores. The City does not play any role in producing or mailing them to residents. Like most advertising programs, the success of the campaign/coupons determines how often (or if) businesses will participate in the future. These mailing are cyclical so I would expect them to resume at some point. Thanks.
Personal choice of franchise I suppose.
