We hired Jennifer to sell our property in North Richland Hills in June of 2022. Listing went live 6/24/22, Jennifer hosted an open house on 6/26/22, and we had an offer over list price that we accepted by 6/27/22! Jennifer was super responsive to texts and calls. She went above and beyond to make our transaction as smooth as possible. If she didn’t have the answer to a question, she looped in Michael and he assisted promptly. We had a great experience with Red Team and would recommend them!

Had them 4 star at one time but have changed my review. They are good about getting a repair person out when needed but never EVER answer the phone. Jennifer is really helpful and will answer texts so good on her! Policy change a year after we moved in had us paying pet fees twice for the same dog. Pet deposit when we moved like a normal rental then when the policy changed we weren't "grandfathered" or anything and had to start paying $40 a month. Also added a $20 fee to use their previously free portal and called it a "concierge" fee 🙄. When we moved we cleaned out good and replaced light bulbs etc ... Out of the $1295 deposit we got $50 back!!! Some of the stuff listed as not refundable was on our move in check list. I understand not getting the whole thing back but expected at least $600 Would love the homeowner to know how they treated us

I had moved into one of their properties back in the beginning of March 2020, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. They gave us heads up when they would be coming to check on the house never once just showed up out of the blue. During one of their visits I had a broken ankle and was stuck in bed and they asked if I needed them to grab me anything before they left. Overall the best experience I’ve had with a rental company.
