We’d been wanting to downsize for awhile but life changes your plans when you least expect it. Finally, the timing seemed to be right, our adult kids had moved out & one got married! Chandler and his team had protested our taxes for many years & I was so impressed with his integrity & commitment to making a difference for homeowners. It was an easy decision who would be our choice to sell our home. The whole process went quickly, smoothly and successfully with Bryan and Deona by our side each step of the way. You can’t go wrong in choosing Chandler Crouch Realtors. Thank you to the whole team!

I had used Chandler Crouch for help with my tax evaluations on my house and was very appreciative of his help to lower my tax values to the appropriate level. So, I sought him out to be my realtor when we decided to sell our house. His company and everyone I worked with was very professional. They had an efficent, systematic approach to selling the house and worked as a team very well. I feel that I was able to get the best price for my house based on their expertise and experience with the market. I'm very happy with how the whole process went.

I want to thank you for all the work you put forward every year to lower people's property taxes. In a time when prices are going up and paychecks are stagnant we need individuals like you!!

Hi Jacob, I honestly have no idea. I'm certainly open to the idea, but I don't know what is involved. If you are interested in working with our company, you would need to pass an extensive interview process. If you just want to see if the path is viable, feel free to send any information regarding the work visa sponsorship via email and we'd be happy to take a look.
Hi Samy, Great question. I recommend doing a little homework first to make sure you are headed in the right direction. Here are the basic steps: 1) Satisfy the education requirements 2) Pass the government exam 3) Complete the government application 4) Get your fingerprints 5) Sponsor with a broker Here are the official requirements: https://www.trec.texas.gov/become-licensed/sales-agent TIPS: Know your costs before you get too deep. When selecting an education provider, the prices they show don't always tell the full story. Make sure to calculate the cost of taking an exam. Course exams are now proctored, so sometimes the education providers have hidden costs. Here is a list of the education providers: https://www.realestatemce.com/ Also, after you get your license, be prepared to spend more money than you make for a few months. My company reduces overhead for oncoming agents, but these fees will apply universally: https://www.chandlercrouch.com/career/board-dues/
