We saw PA Almanza and her advice for my son was to. “Let him cough”… this is the worst medical advice I have ever received in my entire life…. Perhaps she should reevaluate her profession. She did not suggest Motrin or Tylenol or even benedryl or zarbees and he had really bad drainage, a wet cough, 100 degree fever and really bad snot… she also did not even look in his nose to look at his snot and drainage and looked at him for less than 3 min total.

the worst of urgent care I do not recommend it children arrive very sick and when they come to look at it they are already healthy because it takes more than 5 hours to touch them

There is NOTHING “urgent” about this urgent care. Got here at 3 and it’s now 7:14 and still have not seen a doctor. Nurses and providers dragging a**, on the phone, laughing and talking. Had me go to a room in the back, just to sit for over an hour. Not one person came in to check on my daughter, let us know how much longer, nothing. Everyone got an attitude. Worst “urgent care” I have ever been to. UPDATED: Called the lady who is over this building and still have not received a call back. Instead got a reply to my review saying "Kindness goes a long way" Yeah it does but apparently none of the staff here knows anything about "kindness". Also said they have been slammed for a month now. All of these negative reviews were long before a month. Seems like theres a bigger issue here. These are babies and children were talking about. Do better "urgent" care.

They don’t care about the people here. Rude and dismissive. And not great customer service.

I've been here before and basically if you can't make appointment with your doctor, which would be the best option, then you can go and take your kid, like I did. If your kid looks like they are really having a hard time then I would take them to the ER. But it just depends on how serious you think the situation is, or how urgent or how emergent.
I would call and see what insurance they take! Doesn't hurt to ask!
Yup
You have to go to the hospital medical records and show I'd they will charge you to pull your records you can take copies. Then if you had any films done xrays ct etc go to file room ask for a disc with images hope this helps
Yes they will. You will just get your bill in the mail and you make the payment later
I think they don't give medical advice over the phone. They we'll tell you something like if you're worried about their condition then you should take your kid to see their doctor or the emergency room. They can't or won't diagnose or treat someone they can't see. I guess that's realistic and responsible. But you can always call them. Hope that helps.
Oh my gosh, this place is great! I'm pretty sure there's more to this story. I'm highly doubtful that would happen.
They don't. I took my child there to get his and they told me the best place to do it is at their primary care doctor. They were very nice and helpful.
It's 24 hours
Yes
