Horrible customer service. Could not get a clear answer over the phone and was told I would have to make an appointment to ask a question and was hung up on. I'm not paying ya'll to ask a question, you've proven to be incompetent. I will be reporting your company and I would suggest others do the same.

Made an apt online days ago for my kid. Got an email and text confirmation for the date and time. Got there for the appointment and THEY WERE CLOSED!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Should be the hours clinic not minute. Waited 2 hours and never got called in to a room. Then when I went to go ask why haven’t I got called back the guy Very rude and unprofessional. Will NEVER go back to this location.
