The room was super clean , not very quiet with mostly contruction workers staying on the floor above me...breakfast was ok. The lady at check-out ...let"s call her Mona Lisa because if she smiled she surely would have cracked her face.Sometimes you just have to smile Mona Lisa even if it hurts.

My DIL made arrangements for our rooms and I was pleasantly surprised. Good rates. Clean. Pet friendly. Rooms are VERY LARGE. Much larger than other hotels. The rooms were up to date, including USB ports in the clocks. Comfortable mattresses. Good breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn't get to enjoy the pool or think to take pictures.

The worst hotel we have stayed in . It smelled so bad when we walked in . The room smelled as well. The sheets on the bed were stained with urine . And who knows what else . The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain , hard to brush your teeth with the sink like that . The bath tub was very slick a fall hazard for sure . Go down to check out the clerk is yelling at some one on the phone . Not once was I spoke to , even when we walked by with our luggage to leave , she never said a word .

Very nice La Quinta. Convenient, quiet location right off the interstate and only a few minutes from Roanoke. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and updated, and the common areas also. Lots of areas to walk dogs with a pretty view of the mountains. Parking was great.
