When we first arrived we saw an ambulance and firetruck, not a very good start. We just brushed it off, didn’t think anything of it. The first impression on the receptionist was fine. When we went to our first room it had an old lady smell but it wasn’t bad. On the other hand it was 90° Outside and the air conditioner was broken, so we moved rooms(when we went to the front desk the receptionist gave us a paper with corporates number on it like he knew something would happen.) In the second room the toilet literally stopped flushing. So we tried to call front desk like 5 times no answer. So we called Expedia and they said they couldn’t help us because we booked through Expedia. And when Expedia called front desk the man said “we were playing games” and refused to give us a refund. At least we got a 75 $ thing for any hotel.

Was given a room where the air conditioner was not working properly. I asked for another room and the guy at the front desk was some what friendly and apologized for the issue. After getting the room we realized the toilet did not flush. I again contacted the front desk with no answer after trying to contact them repeatedly. We agreed that we would request a refund with Expedia as the guy already told me he would not give me a refund and would have to contact management. Expedia called the hotel was greeted by foul language insisting that we were playing games. Never been to a hotel this bad before. Worst hotel ever. This front desk guy is a very popular A hole on other reviews as well. Avoid if all possible.

This was the nastiest place I have ever stayed. Driving through the night to Tennessee my husband and I stopped here for a couple hrs of sleep. The prices on their website are not accurate we ended up paying twice what they had stated online.We were reassured a smoke free room. Not only had someone obviously smoked in there.we were half asleep coming in at 2am so we haven’t even noticed that nasty of this room not only did we complain to the office he had raised his voice with me when I went In to tell him what we were seeing he assured me the room had been clean. You need to understand your rater. Over 20 years military the second rater is civilian. Clean rooms decent beds. Hardee's, subway and Kroger's all in walking distance. Friendly staff. The showers are very good. Well lit outside. A security level on a rating of 1 - 5 a solid 3. Not a bad place at all. A huge plus it that they have smoking 🚬 rooms.
