Positive: The rubber ducks in the bathrooms. The hot tub and pool. Close to stores. Beds are exceptional. Negative: Room was a in need of a little updating but beds made up for it.

Good location, still no bed bugs. This is the worst room service ever! We were there two weeks in two rooms. After 2 days they asked to clean the rooms. Nobody came. Then every day we asked to clean up. They could only throw out the trash and leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom. Sometimes they brought only two towels, and the garbage and towels were not removed from the floor. Once the bed was made, but nothing else was done. And we kept asking for a FULL cleaning every day! Very lazy workers! Updated: We worked in your city. Every day we left at 7:50 and returned after 19:00. Management! Do not try to make excuses, but rather monitor the level of service.

This hotel, while adequate, is dated. The first floor smells a bit musty and there was a leak in the ceiling above my showerhead. I reserved the roll in shower room and called to confirm it only to get there and they had given it to someone else. I will say the manager was apologetic the next day and adjusted my bill to make up for the error.

Front desk staff were professional & friendly. Not sure, but might be pet friendly as I saw 2 dogs. Grounds were well taken care of. Free coffee & Continental breakfast. Had 1 issue, & that was remote didn't turn off TV. But no biggie since we were rarely in the room.
