Do not stay here. Whole hotel needs to be shut down. Agree with another reviewer on room 233, bugs and carpet issues. Second room looked better but had several cockroaches run from the bathroom when we walked in. Worst stay in any hotel we ever stayed in. Requested a refund and they did but problem was there was still a pending hold on our credit card. Charged extra $15/day for pets but newer rooms seemed to be non pet rooms and did not have a view of the mountains, only a bunch of trees.

Positive: The view of the mountains was spectacular. The beds were very comfortable and the space was acceptable. The pool looked great. Breakfast was very tasty. Negative: The bathroom area needed to be repainted.

Terrible experience just from the front desk! If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. I booked through Priceline and paid in full for my room. When myself, my fiancé, and my 2 toddlers arrived for our reservation, we were told to go grab our card so they could have it on file for a security deposit (no problem) so we go and get the card. Then he tells us that because we only have $275 on there and not $300 that we can’t stay there. Note that this is at 10 at night and not only am I 8 months pregnant and completely miserable, but I also have two 3 year olds who are tired and cranky and ready to go to sleep, and now no place for us to stay. The owner looked my fiancé up and down before saying “eh no I don’t want to give you a room” and I truly believe he only refused us because of the way we looked (tattoos.) We had another $25 on a another card we could have used to make the $300 security deposit but I feel he was being discriminatory. We had $300 for a security deposit and paid for the room in full just to be put out with our children with no place to stay and told that our refund was non refundable. When the reservation was made, there was NO MENTION of needing a $300 security deposit. I’ve never had such a bad experience trying to stay at any hotel and I’ve stayed at many. If you want racial profiling and discrimination, this is the hotel for you. Also, don’t bother trying to call their customer care line because they act like they don’t even want to hear any kind of complaints.

The bed was comfortable and the rooms were definitely refreshed somewhat recently. The breakfast is a pass, and our room has chipping paint everywhere so if you have little ones definitely watch them at all times
